Property & Casualty Liability Claims Manager – Remote (Florida)

About the role

Davies North America is seeking an experienced Property & Casualty Liability Claims Manager to join its leadership team. This remote position based in Florida will oversee liability claims operations, drive technical excellence, and support strategic initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of liability claims adjusters and technical specialists across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage complex, high‑exposure liability claims including general liability, bodily injury, and professional liability.
• Oversee claims strategy, reserving accuracy, litigation management, and settlement negotiations within delegated authority.
• Partner with clients, brokers, attorneys, and vendors to deliver high‑quality, cost‑effective claim resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with client service agreements, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management or related field (JD or CPCU designation a plus).
• 8–12 years of liability claims experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of commercial general liability, bodily injury and related coverage lines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with claims management systems.
• Experience using data analytics tools for claims data review and trend analysis.
