Liability Field Adjuster - Florida

About the role

Davies North America is seeking an experienced Liability Field Adjuster to conduct on‑site investigations of liability and casualty claims across Florida. You will inspect scenes, gather statements, document damages, and support the evaluation of coverage, liability and exposure for both bodily injury and general liability claims.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate assigned claims through property, vehicle, equipment or accident scene inspections.
• Document damages, conditions and causation indicators using notes, measurements, photographs and diagrams.
• Obtain statements from insureds, claimants, witnesses and other parties as needed.
• Prepare accurate, timely reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with examiners, managers, carriers, policyholders, vendors, attorneys and other claim participants.
• Maintain complete file documentation in line with company standards and regulatory expectations.
• Escalate complex issues, large‑loss exposures, litigation indicators or specialty claim concerns.
• Manage field assignments within service expectations, turnaround times and quality standards while traveling throughout the coverage territory.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of adjusting experience.
• Active adjuster license(s) with ability to obtain additional licenses as required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness and ability to travel locally and regionally within Florida.
• Strong documentation, organizational and time‑management abilities.
