About the role

AVIVA is looking for a dynamic Credit Promoter to work inside Bodega Aurrera stores in Mexico. You will be responsible for presenting and placing financial credit products, helping customers understand the benefits and guiding them through the application process.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and offer credit products to store customers, providing clear and reliable information.
• Advise clients throughout the credit application process, answering questions and building trust.
• Validate required documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Follow up on applications to guarantee a fast and satisfactory customer experience.
• Achieve placement targets while collaborating with the team and maintaining a professional service attitude.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales floor, customer service modules, or credit placement.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a focus on closing sales.
• Goal‑oriented, proactive, responsible and positive attitude.
• High school diploma (mandatory).
• Availability to work Monday to Sunday, 10:00 am – 7:00 pm, with a fixed break on Thursdays.

What we offer

• Base monthly salary of $9,582.47 MXN.
• Performance bonuses up to $16,000 MXN per month.
• Bimonthly top‑performer bonuses ranging from $2,000 to $15,000 MXN.
• Bi‑weekly payments and a guarantee bonus of $1,750 MXN during the first two pay periods.
