Project Manager

About the role

As a Project Manager you will own client deliverables for an assigned brand, guiding development and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute cross‑functional projects in a matrixed environment, balancing requirements and resources.
• Maintain dashboards and SharePoint sites to keep teams informed on deliverables and timelines.
• Collaborate with HR, Corporate Communications and other departments to ensure successful program execution and branding.
• Identify bottlenecks, propose solutions and escalate issues promptly.
• Support ad‑hoc talent‑related projects and maintain accurate administrative records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any field preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in project management, production, marketing operations or related field.
• Strong communication, organizational and financial aptitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using Adobe Acrobat.
• Basic knowledge of project management and financial management tools.
