Program Integrator (PEO Standup) - Fort Meade

About the role

CACI is seeking two Program Integrators to help establish a new Program Executive Office (PEO) focused on AI innovation and portfolio management for a major government agency. The role is full-time, based in Fort Meade, Maryland, and requires a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. It is open to both a lead position and a supporting position.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement portfolio management operating models, including intake processes, prioritization frameworks, investment decision gates and governance structures.
• Apply process improvement methodologies to build agile, scalable frameworks in a high-velocity innovation environment.
• As lead, bridge industry best practices with agency realities and meet aggressive standup timelines using existing fluency in agency processes.
• Deploy emerging acquisition pathways such as Other Transaction Authorities (OTA), rapid prototyping and flexible funding approaches.
• Apply agile execution frameworks (SAFe, PI Planning, Product Ownership) to drive innovation-focused acquisition strategies.

Required profile

• TS/SCI with polygraph.
• 12 years of combined experience in DoD program management, contract management and/or financial management.
• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field, or equivalent certification (PMP, CPCM, DAWIA Level III) plus 3 more years of related experience.
• Experience with agile acquisition pathways and innovation-focused acquisition strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of the Maryland Customer's acquisition, budgetary and organizational dynamics.
• For the lead position: demonstrable experience with the Maryland customer's operations and established relationships within the agency.

Required skills

• Agile execution frameworks (SAFe, PI Planning, Product Ownership)
• Plan-It familiarity preferred (substitutable with 3 more years of related experience)
• Intermediate MS Excel, including pivot tables, slicers and pivot charts
