Program Integrator (Multiple Levels)

About the role

CACI is seeking Program Integrators (PI) in the Fort Meade, Maryland area. You will help program managers, initiative leads and PEO leadership monitor and report on the health of programs, initiatives and portfolios, and analyze cost, schedule and performance issues across multiple contracts and government activities. The role involves drafting acquisition and program documents, preparing presentations and supporting program decisions. It is full time, regular, with up to 10% local travel, and requires a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Key responsibilities

• Provide financial and summary reports to program managers and help allocate and track resources, recommending funding adjustments.
• Help develop program documentation such as Technical Task Orders, Statements of Work, Program Management Plans, Risk Management Plans, program schedules, Technical CICA memorandums and Acquisition Strategies.
• Track program status, evaluate operational and technical alternatives, perform risk assessment and manage integrated product teams.
• Support program managers so execution stays within cost, schedule and performance baselines, using tools such as Plan-It and MS Excel for planning, spending plans and out-year forecasts.
• Attend contract reviews to help with cost estimating and outcome monitoring, and advise on government financial execution reports and program requirements.
• Analyze and report unfunded requirements, prepare briefing charts, spreadsheets and other materials for program decisions, and present analysis findings.

Required profile

• Level 1: 4 years of combined experience in DoD program, contract or financial management; bachelor's degree in business or technical field, or equivalent certification (PMP, CPCM, DAWIA Level II) plus 3 years of related experience.
• Level 2: 8 years of combined experience; same degree or certification option, with 3 years of additional experience.
• Level 3: 12 years of combined experience; same degree or certification option, with 3 years of additional experience.
• All levels require TS/SCI with polygraph.

Required skills

• MS Excel with pivot tables, slicers and pivot charts (intermediate proficiency desired).
• Familiarity with Plan-It is preferred.
