Product Marketing Manager (Senior) – Automotive Aftermarket

About the role

The Product Marketing Manager (Senior) will drive growth for Bosch Automotive Aftermarket’s wiper blade portfolio. You will act as the market expert, shaping go‑to‑market strategies and influencing product direction across existing and new channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute go‑to‑market strategies as the product market expert to meet growth targets.
• Analyze channels, customers and competitors to build business strategy and value propositions.
• Monitor the competitive landscape, identify growth opportunities and model P&L scenarios for new launches and existing business.
• Align with key stakeholders, present analysis and recommendations to senior management for consensus.
• Lead cross‑functional teams—including Sales, Controlling, Demand Planning, Communications and Category Management—to launch new customers and products on time and within budget.
• Develop channel pricing strategies, set competitive price positioning (good/better/best) and maintain profitability targets.
• Collaborate with sales to create customer presentations and support Trade Marketing in promotions, marketing materials and sales‑growth campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product marketing, preferably within the automotive aftermarket or related sectors.
• Strong analytical ability to assess markets, competitors and financial scenarios.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to gain alignment across functions.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional projects and deliver results within defined timelines.
• Comfort with pricing strategy development and go‑to‑market planning.
