Product Manager, Agent Development – Healthcare

About the role

Lead the creation of enterprise‑grade AI agents that help patients and members navigate healthcare coverage, appointments, billing and more, while ensuring strict HIPAA compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with engineers and customers to design, build, and ship AI agents that handle thousands of daily conversations.
• Conduct ground‑up discovery with providers, payers, RCMs and pharma to identify high‑impact use cases.
• Engage with customers at all levels to gather requirements, demo solutions, solve technical challenges and act as a trusted advisor.
• Shape the platform and healthcare roadmap by surfacing unmet needs, prototyping new tools, and collaborating with research, product and platform teams.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of product development experience on highly technical products.
• Senior Product Manager or equivalent role with a track record of influencing software development.
• Proven ability to craft messages for executives and translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.
• Genuine interest in improving patient and member experiences in healthcare.
