Process Engineer IV (E4)

About the role

As a Process Engineer IV you will design and optimize manufacturing processes for display and semiconductor technologies, collecting and analyzing data, performing hardware characterization, and troubleshooting engineering issues.

Key responsibilities

• Manage PVD, CVD, ALD systems within safety guidelines and drive process and hardware development projects.
• Design experiments, collect and analyze data, and generate technical documentation and process engineering specifications.
• Train engineers in film property measurement techniques and guide troubleshooting.
• Engage with customers to resolve complex process engineering issues and lead functional project teams.

Required profile

• MS or PhD preferred with more than 5 years of experience in PVD, CVD, and/or ALD.
• Demonstrated expertise in complex problem solving and ability to work with limited supervision.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time and relocate if needed.
