PRN Medical Assistant / CNA – Family Medicine (Monroe)

About the role

Revere Health is seeking a PRN Medical Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant to join its Monroe Family Medicine Clinic. This on‑site, as‑needed position supports providers in delivering high‑quality, value‑based care to patients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare exam and treatment rooms with necessary equipment and supplies.
• Assist providers with patient examinations, procedures, and vital sign collection.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Administer medications as ordered and handle prescription communications.
• Schedule tests, treatments, and appointments, and manage patient referrals and prior authorizations.
• Collect patient payments at the time of service and apply them correctly.
• Answer incoming calls professionally and perform outbound calls as needed.
• Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and organized throughout the day.
