Printing and Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a Print Technician / Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our team. This role blends hands‑on print production with customer service and sales responsibilities, serving as a primary point of contact for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide in‑person, phone, and email support while building strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate print solutions, and generate quotes and orders.
• Operate large and small format printing equipment, produce jobs, and review completed work for quality.
• Maintain and clean equipment, manage inventory, and assist with production efficiency.

Required profile

• Experience in the printing industry or with large/small format printing preferred.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Sales‑mindset and ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
