Principal Scientist, Clinical Research – Thoracic Oncology

About the role

The Clinical Director (Principal Scientist) will lead the planning and execution of clinical research for new and marketed oncology medicines, focusing on thoracic oncology. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive clinical development from early design through regulatory reporting and publication.

Key responsibilities

• Develop clinical development strategies and trial designs for investigational or marketed oncology drugs.
• Oversee execution of clinical studies, including monitoring, data analysis, and regulatory submissions.
• Collaborate with commercialization, regulatory affairs, statistics, and manufacturing experts to manage projects.
• Maintain scientific expertise, identify strong investigators, and represent the company at scientific meetings.

Required profile

• MD or MD/PhD with industry or academic experience.
• Demonstrated record of scientific scholarship and clinical medicine expertise.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Board‑certified or eligible in Oncology (or Hematology) preferred.
