Pricing, Reimbursement & Market Access Undergraduate Internship

About the role

Lilly’s Market Access Strategy & Analytics internship offers a 10‑week, on‑site experience in Indianapolis, where you will support the Pricing, Reimbursement and Access (PRA) function. You will work on business‑critical projects that help ensure patients can access Lilly medicines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strategies to maintain patient access across insurance segments by conducting market analysis and synthesizing external data.
• Assess patient affordability reports, compile data sources, analyze KPIs, and verify accuracy.
• Build market‑forecasting models for product launch preparation.
• Optimize marketing strategies for communicating patient access to physicians using execution metrics and prescription data.

Required profile

• Full‑time undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor’s in Business, Sciences, Liberal Arts, Communications or related field, graduating Dec 2027–Aug 2028.
• Demonstrated leadership, collaboration and communication abilities.
• Strong interest in pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.
• Learning agility, adaptability and a growth mindset.
• Strategic thinking, problem‑solving and project‑management skills.
