Pre‑Suit Attorney – Personal Injury Law

About the role

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a motivated Pre‑Suit Attorney to join its Miami and/or Fort Lauderdale office. You will work directly with seasoned litigators, handling the critical pre‑litigation phase of personal injury cases and gaining hands‑on experience in a leading plaintiff firm.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all pre‑litigation activities for personal injury matters, primarily automotive cases.
• Complete Flip‑to‑Lit and TD approvals, ensuring liability issues are properly vetted.
• Guide clients through the case process, drafting and filing pre‑litigation documents.
• Oversee settlement negotiations, develop demand packages, and manage release approvals.
• Lead a team of 6‑10 case managers, driving compliance, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Handle EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements as required.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active, good‑standing member of the Florida State Bar.
• Minimum 2 years of personal injury law experience.
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of pre‑suit cases.
• Strong client service, communication, and leadership capabilities.
