Global Immigration Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a Global Immigration Advisor to join BAL’s international team. In this position you will support employees and managers across the region by guiding them through complex immigration processes and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide counsel to HR, managers and employees on visa options, documentation requirements, timelines and associated risks.
• Research and monitor updates from government immigration agencies and communicate potential delays or changes to the Global team.
• Prepare and submit application materials for work permits, residence permits, consular visas, passports and extensions.
• Maintain strong relationships with external immigration service providers to guarantee high‑quality service.
• Accurately update BAL’s internal immigration database and trigger timely actions to keep cases progressing smoothly.
