Precision Manufacturing (Industrial Systems) Instructor

About the role

The Precision Manufacturing (Industrial Systems) Instructor will lead both theoretical and hands‑on instruction for the Precision Manufacturing & Maintenance program. You will teach day, evening, and online classes for traditional and dual‑enrolled students, ensuring they gain practical skills in industrial maintenance and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver instruction in classroom, lab, hybrid, and online formats aligned with state academic standards.
• Design and run lab activities that simulate real‑world industrial environments.
• Utilize current educational technologies to enhance learning experiences.
• Assess student progress, grade assignments promptly, and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and industry partners to maintain program accreditation.

Required profile

• Associate degree in Industrial Systems Technology, Precision Manufacturing, or a related field.
• At least three years of relevant industry experience within the past seven years.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree, Six Sigma or lean manufacturing certifications, and prior post‑secondary teaching experience.
