About the role

Great Minds is seeking a part‑time Professional Development (PD) Associate to support the adoption and effective implementation of its curriculum products across Texas schools. The role blends on‑site PD facilitation, coaching, and product expertise to help districts achieve high‑quality instructional outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain deep expertise in Great Minds professional services to deliver on‑site support, coaching, and PD for assigned schools.
• Participate in internal training cycles to expand knowledge of new services, facilitation techniques, and Great Minds products.
• Cultivate a supportive culture emphasizing trust, collegiality, curiosity, and quality in all work environments.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of teaching or coaching experience, with at least 1 year delivering high‑quality professional development.
• Experience implementing Great Minds curricula (e.g., Wit & Wisdom, Eureka Math) and alignment with its instructional design.
• Strong organizational habits for goal setting, project management, deadline execution, and record keeping.
• Ability to make solutions‑oriented decisions in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
