Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

Ramp is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition across YouTube, ChatGPT, X, rideshare, and Reddit, while identifying new incremental channels. This high‑autonomy position will turn early experiments into measurable, evergreen programs and build the operating model for sustained performance marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Own performance on YouTube, ChatGPT, X, rideshare, and Reddit, optimizing conversion events, value signals, and lookalike audiences.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new performance marketing channels and acquisition opportunities.
• Build the path from experiment to evergreen program, proving incremental SQLs, pipeline impact, and LTV‑to‑CAC efficiency.
• Analyze full‑funnel performance, turning noisy data into clear scaling or pausing decisions.
• Partner with data, engineering, and creative teams to improve tracking, attribution, reporting, and ad concepts.
• Develop AI agents, workflows, and tools to accelerate research, campaign creation, and performance analysis.

Required profile

• 3+ years in performance, quantitative marketing, growth, or decision‑science roles with ownership of numbers and outcomes.
• Strong analytical judgment, able to define success metrics, diagnose issues, and decide with imperfect information.
• Experience designing experiments and translating results into clear funding decisions.
• Proven ability to build AI workflows or automations that improve marketing execution.
