Performance Marketing & Lead Generation Manager

About the role

Judieh Plumbing Heating & Air is seeking a full‑time remote Performance Marketing & Lead Generation Manager to own and grow its digital marketing efforts. The role focuses on generating qualified phone calls, leads, booked appointments and revenue for the residential plumbing and HVAC business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta/Facebook/Instagram campaigns for plumbing, HVAC repair, maintenance and installations.
• Track performance from ad spend through lead, qualified lead, booked job, sold job and revenue, monitoring CPL, conversion rate, CAC, ROAS and profitability.
• Research keywords, audiences and geographic targeting; manage negative keywords, bidding, budgets, ad copy and landing pages.
• Improve local SEO, Google Business Profile visibility and website content.
• Develop email and SMS campaigns for existing customers, including maintenance reminders and promotions.
• Create and coordinate Instagram and Facebook content using photos and videos from field technicians.
• Maintain accurate call tracking, analytics, CRM tracking and lead attribution.
• Provide weekly reports on spend, leads, booked jobs, sales and revenue.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on digital/performance marketing experience.
• Strong experience managing Google Ads and Meta advertising.
• Proven ability to analyse conversion funnels and key metrics such as CPL, CAC and ROAS.
• Experience with advertising budgets and accountability for results.
• Excellent written and spoken English and strong communication skills.
