Performance Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Madewell is seeking a Performance Marketing Coordinator to support its paid media programs across Affiliate, Paid Social, and Paid Search. The role will manage end‑to‑end campaign operations, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to drive performance for product launches, promotions, and brand moments.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate creative assets for Affiliate, Paid Search, and Paid Social, ensuring timely delivery and accurate auditing.
• Manage influencer partnership operations, including record‑keeping, gifting orders, and performance analysis.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams (Influencer, Site Merchandising, Operations) to execute paid media campaigns.
• Analyze creative performance and facilitate testing of new messaging, formats, and ad units.
• Contribute to paid media briefings for product launches and promotional events.
• Streamline existing workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and relevance.

Required profile

• 0‑3 years of experience in a marketing role.
• Highly detail‑oriented, organized, and strong at time management.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Previous experience at an agency or a retail DTC brand is a plus.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
