PeopleSoft Pension Integrator & Support Analyst

About the role

Next Generation, Inc. is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Pension Integrator and Support Analyst to enhance, support, and integrate complex pension processes within a highly customized PeopleSoft Pension Administration environment for a large public‑sector pension system.

Key responsibilities

• Enhance, modify, and troubleshoot existing pension administration processes in PeopleSoft HCM.
• Design and implement new pension calculations, estimates, and workflows to ensure accuracy, compliance, and security.
• Configure and maintain pension rules such as eligibility, service credit, vesting, and benefit formulas.
• Support integration of PeopleSoft Pension Administration with other HCM modules and external applications.
• Maintain and optimize converted legacy pension data and provide production support, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, actuaries, payroll, and IT teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience as a PeopleSoft Pensions Application Integrator and Support Analyst.
• Strong functional and technical understanding of PeopleSoft Pension Administration and HCM integrations.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and initiative.

• Competitive hourly rate ranging from $125 to $140 based on experience and education.
