Pediatric Therapy Senior Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

The Kelly Pediatric Therapy Senior Recruiter designs and executes recruiting strategies to fill pediatric therapy and behavioral health positions across the United States. This fully remote role works on Eastern Time business hours and partners with hiring managers to meet fulfillment expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies for OT, PT, SLP, BCBA, mental health and other therapy professionals.
• Source, screen, interview, engage candidates and manage offers.
• Build and maintain pipelines for hard‑to‑fill specialized positions.
• Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand needs and provide talent‑acquisition insights.
• Attend or lead job fairs, networking events and community outreach activities.

Required profile

• 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, onboarding or HR experience.
• Direct recruiting experience in education, therapy or related fields.
• Proven ability to fill specialized, hard‑to‑fill professional roles.
• Strong consultative partnership skills with hiring managers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer‑service focus.

Required skills

• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

What we offer

• Base salary $55,000‑$65,000 per year, dependent on experience and location.
