Pediatric Mental Health Therapist

About the role

The Pediatric Mental Health Therapist will deliver individual and group therapy to children aged 0‑18, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a community‑based clinic serving the Puget Sound region. This position offers flexible scheduling and the chance to build lasting relationships with families.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individual and group mental health therapy for children.
• Co‑treat with other disciplines and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Offer parent education, support, and home‑based program development.
• Document patient progress, attend team meetings, and contribute to program improvement.

Required profile

• Positive, compassionate, energetic, and flexible.
• Strong team player who enjoys collaboration and continuous learning.
• Highly organized with excellent time‑management and communication skills.

Required skills

• Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant mental health field.
• Active Washington State license (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) and credentialing with state payers.
• Current CPR certification; pediatric experience preferred.
