About the role
Santander is seeking a part‑time teller to provide exceptional customer service and handle daily banking transactions at its Brockton branch.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers, minimize wait times and assist with banking needs.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
- Adhere to bank policies, compliance and risk‑management procedures to prevent fraud.
- Identify cross‑sell opportunities and refer appropriate product solutions.
- Educate customers on digital self‑service tools.
- Support custodial, audit and other operational tasks as needed.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- At least 6 months cash‑handling experience (required).
- Minimum 6 months customer‑service experience (required).
- Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
Required skills
- Cash handling and basic math proficiency.
- Computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
- Effective listening and communication abilities.
- Comfort with digital tools for customer engagement.
