Part Time Supervisor

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Supervisor to join the store management team in Grapevine, TX. The role focuses on driving sales, coaching associates, and ensuring operational excellence while upholding brand values.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to grow revenue.
• Coach and mentor store associates to improve performance.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and visual standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming environment.

Required profile

• Strong people skills with the ability to support, assist, and coach team members.
• Ability to meet or exceed store sales and performance goals.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 +.

Required skills

• Compliance with Levi’s store policies and procedures.
• Ability to follow management directives and maintain brand standards.
