Key responsibilities
- Supervises, guides, and instructs the work assignments of subordinate staff.
- Plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care for a unit or shift.
- Develops and implements nursing care plans and maintains medical records.
- Advises clients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and provides case management.
Required profile
- Associate degree in nursing from an accredited college or university.
- Current Georgia license as a Registered Professional Nurse.
- Minimum four years of professional nursing experience, including at least two years in a lead, team leader, or supervisory role.
- Alternatively, one year of experience at the Registered Nurse 3 level or equivalent.
