Part Time Promotion Associate – Harrisburg, PA

About the role

The Promotion Associate works on‑site to boost brand visibility and drive sales for BBG brands through targeted in‑store and market events. This part‑time position is ideal for individuals who enjoy direct consumer interaction and can adapt to flexible evening and weekend schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Distribute product samples and engage consumers during promotional events.
• Track sales metrics, complete required surveys, and report bottles sold per hour.
• Educate clients, account staff, and fellow associates on assigned labels.
• Monitor inventory levels and alert the National Account Manager to stock fluctuations.
• Maintain brand standards using current point‑of‑sale materials.
• Collaborate with chain staff, distributors, and suppliers to ensure successful events.
• Provide exceptional customer service in line with account guidelines.
• Complete all required training programs and pass associated assessments.

Required profile

• Basic PC proficiency with MS Office and presentation software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer‑service focus.
• Ability to multitask, work independently or within a team, and meet deadlines.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
