Part-Time Events Brand Ambassador – Earn $20/hr + Bonuses

About the role

Renewal by Andersen is seeking energetic part-time Events Brand Ambassadors to represent the company at local fairs, festivals, home shows and community activations. You will engage homeowners, spark interest in our window and door solutions and set up qualified in-home consultation appointments for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Approach and converse with homeowners at events, retail locations and community activations.
• Identify homeowners’ window and door needs and invite them to learn more about Renewal by Andersen products.
• Enter prospect information accurately on a tablet and schedule free in-home consultation appointments.
• Assist with event setup and takedown, including lifting items up to 30 lb.
• Meet clear appointment-setting targets and work toward performance-based bonuses.

Required profile

• Outgoing, confident and comfortable starting conversations with strangers.
• Goal-oriented, motivated by bonuses and able to handle rejection professionally.
• Reliable, punctual and professional with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Available to work evenings and weekends, standing and walking for long periods.
