Parking Attendant (Non‑Driving) – Part‑Time

About the role

Propark Mobility is seeking reliable Parking Attendants for non‑driving, part‑time positions at its Columbus facility. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them park safely and efficiently while providing friendly service.

Key responsibilities

• Direct patrons to appropriate parking spaces.
• Issue tickets, record required information, and process exception transactions such as lost or grace‑period tickets.
• Complete daily shift paperwork, tracking transactions, vehicle counts, and validated tickets.
• Maintain a professional appearance, greet customers, answer questions, resolve issues, and thank them upon exit.
• Perform small cleaning or maintenance tasks as assigned by local management.
• Assist with special projects or other duties as directed.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Availability for morning, evening, or overnight shifts.

Required skills

• Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively.
• Basic math and record‑keeping skills.
