Parental Accountability Court Coordinator 2

About the role

The Georgia Department of Human Services seeks a Parental Accountability Court Coordinator 2 to support the Division of Child Support Services. This position serves as a liaison between the division and the judicial circuit, ensuring support obligations are met and providing crisis intervention and case management.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients, courts, and service providers via phone, email, and in‑person to enforce support orders and attend hearings.
• Provide advocacy, problem‑solving case resolution, and maintain documentation on participant status.
• Identify employment opportunities for participants and refer them to community resources.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and maintain required training.

Required profile

• Associate degree in a related field with three years of relevant experience, or one year in a lower‑level PAC Coordinator role.
• Strong customer service, oral and written communication, and judgment skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
