Paid Media Specialist

About the role

Bullseye Strategy is looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist to manage search and paid social campaigns across multiple agency clients. You will drive performance, optimize budgets, and deliver measurable ROI for a diverse set of industries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Bing campaigns for large and small budgets.
• Manage tagging, event tracking, and goal setup using Google Tag Manager.
• Analyze performance data (CPC, CTR, conversion rates, ROI) and provide actionable recommendations.
• Write compelling ad copy tailored to each client’s industry and objectives.
• Prepare and present strategic search recommendations to clients.

Required profile

• 5+ years of digital agency experience with a focus on paid search.
• Strong analytical mindset and results‑driven attitude.
• Excellent communication skills for internal teams and client interactions.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
