Paid Ads Manager

About the role

HighKey Agency is seeking a Paid Ads Manager to lead creative‑first paid media for elite aesthetic clinics. You will script, storyboard, and produce viral‑style video ads while managing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google.

Key responsibilities

• Write viral ad scripts, develop storyboard concepts, and collaborate with the film team to produce scroll‑stopping videos.
• Launch and manage paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google, focusing on creative performance.
• Rapidly test creative variations, identify winners, and scale successful ads.
• Partner with social managers to repurpose viral content into ads and vice versa.
• Report ROI and performance metrics to clinic owners.

Required profile

• Proven track record of ads or viral videos achieving 100k+ views and real conversions.
• Deep understanding of short‑form content psychology and what drives engagement.
• Experience running paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google.
• Ability to handle multiple accounts, meet tight deadlines, and iterate until success.
