About the role

The Consultant, Org Consulting supports the execution of complex, enterprise‑level initiatives at Saks Global. Working under senior leadership, you will synthesize data, help design organizational frameworks, and align diverse business units to meet critical milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of strategies and frameworks for enterprise‑level operating model definition and organization design.
• Produce high‑quality drafts of core documents such as project frameworks, plans, and analyses.
• Build strong working relationships by actively listening, seeking input, and valuing diverse perspectives.
• Apply analytical capabilities to identify trends and patterns in program data.
• Proactively identify everyday challenges, propose practical solutions, and help escalate key risks.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully, tailoring messages to different audiences.
• Demonstrate professionalism, self‑awareness, and a respectful approach in team interactions.
