Senior Technical Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

Verse is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join its People & Culture team. This remote position will own full‑cycle recruiting across the organization, with a strong focus on technical talent. You will partner with leadership to shape hiring strategies, build pipelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruiting for technical and non‑technical roles, from intake to offer negotiation.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market research.
• Continuously improve recruiting workflows, systems, and candidate experience to increase efficiency and quality of hire.
• Design and implement structured interviewing practices, train interviewers, and use scorecards for consistent evaluation.
• Promote inclusive hiring by identifying bias sources and driving equitable evaluation processes.
• Track, analyze, and communicate recruiting metrics to support data‑driven decision making.
