Oracle Reports Developer – HCM Payroll and Benefits

About the role

Next Generation, Inc. is looking for an experienced Oracle Reports Developer to design, develop, and maintain complex reports and integrations for the Human Capital Management (HCM) Payroll and Benefits modules.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Oracle reports for HCM Payroll and Benefits using Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, and related tools.
• Design and implement integration solutions with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to streamline data flow between HCM and other systems.
• Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform data analysis, validation, and optimization of existing reports and integrations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle report development focused on HCM Payroll and Benefits.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.

What we offer

• Competitive base salary $100,000‑$130,000 USD per year.
