Oracle Cloud Analytics Reporting Lead

About the role

Next Generation, Inc. is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Analytics Reporting Lead to join our fully remote team. You will drive the design, development, and delivery of reporting solutions across Oracle Cloud platforms, working closely with business stakeholders to turn data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end creation of OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and ensure data accuracy and performance.
• Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance on best practices.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Oracle Cloud reporting tools and continuously improve reporting processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud reporting and analytics.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
