On-Premise Sales Representative – North West Denver Metro

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Representative to manage on-premise accounts in the north-west Denver metro area. The role focuses on growing relationships with bars, restaurants and hotels, promoting our beer, wine and spirits portfolio while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Visit assigned accounts daily, following an efficient routing plan.
  • Identify growth opportunities, complete surveys and ensure compliance with national account standards.
  • Deliver professional sales presentations, introduce new products, and manage bar‑back and back‑bar placements.
  • Maintain inventory levels, restock shelves where permitted, and monitor out‑of‑stock situations.
  • Provide brand education through staff training seminars.
  • Process credits, returns and aged receivables, and collect payments.
  • Handle customer issues, deliver products in special circumstances, and refer escalations to management.
  • Achieve distribution, volume and activity goals set by management.
  • Use point‑of‑sale materials to maximize brand visibility.

Required profile

  • Current associate eligible to apply through the internal Career Portal.
  • Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for customer visits.
  • Passion for customer service and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced sales environment.
  • Prior sales experience preferred; hospitality background is a plus.
