Sales Representative – On Premise Beer (West Denver Metro)

About the role

We are a leading beer, wine and spirits distributor seeking a motivated Sales Representative to grow on‑premise beer brands in the West Denver Metro area. You will build and maintain relationships with bars, restaurants and other venues, ensuring our supplier brands achieve sales and visibility targets.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned accounts daily, following an efficient routing plan.
• Identify sales opportunities, complete required surveys and ensure compliance with national account standards.
• Deliver professional sales presentations, promote new products, and manage back‑bar and well placements.
• Maintain inventory levels, restock shelves where permitted, and monitor out‑of‑stock situations.
• Provide brand education through staff training seminars.
• Process credits, returns, and manage receivables, communicating with accounts on aged balances.
• Handle customer issues, deliver products in extenuating circumstances, and refer escalations to management.
• Achieve distribution, volume and activity goals set by management.
• Utilize point‑of‑sale materials to maximize brand visibility.

Required profile

• Current associate eligible to apply through the internal Career Portal.
• Resides within the West Denver Metro coverage area (Arvada, Golden, Wheat Ridge, Lakewood, Littleton, Highlands Ranch).
• Owns a reliable vehicle for customer visits.
• Previous beer sales experience, especially on‑premise, is a plus.
