Multi-Door Merchandise Planner, Luxury Boutique

About the role

The Multi-Door Merchandise Planner will support Discovery Land Company’s luxury boutique portfolio, overseeing financial planning and open‑to‑buy (OTB) management across all Rhoze and Spa Boutique locations. Reporting to the Director of Retail Systems & FP&A, this full‑time role blends analytical expertise with close collaboration with buyers and regional operators.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the OTB process for all boutique doors, aligning inventory investment with budget and sales plans.
• Build and maintain seasonal and annual financial plans, tracking sales, receipts, margin, inventory turn and GM% targets.
• Reconcile OTB plans monthly in Management One and flag variances, supply‑demand imbalances, and receipt flow issues.
• Monitor sell‑through, weeks‑of‑supply and inventory productivity; develop reporting on inventory health.
• Collaborate with buyers and area managers on markdown and reorder strategies to protect margin.
• Partner with boutique buyers to create and manage the seasonal buying calendar, ensuring alignment of OTB, receipt flow and trade‑show timing.
• Track purchase orders, projected receipts and on‑order commitments across all boutique accounts.

Required profile

• Analytical mindset with experience in retail merchandise planning.
• Ability to work closely with boutique buyers, finance directors and regional operators.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving skills.
• Full‑time, year‑round availability.
