Senior Director of Finance

About the role

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a senior finance leader to shape its long‑term financial strategy. Reporting to the CFO, the Senior Director of Finance will turn complex data into actionable insights that drive growth across the company’s nearly 1,000 locations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CFO and Executive Leadership Team to define financial strategy, business planning, and long‑term growth initiatives.
• Lead FP&A functions including annual budgeting, forecasting, long‑range planning, scenario modeling, and financial analysis.
• Develop executive dashboards, Board presentations, and clear financial insights for decision‑making.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, helping leaders understand performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Build dynamic financial models to evaluate strategic initiatives, investments, and new business opportunities.
• Leverage AI, automation, and analytics to improve reporting, forecasting, and operational efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial processes, planning, and organizational performance.
• Lead, develop, and inspire a high‑performing Finance team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience with deep expertise in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Proven ability to influence executive leaders through data‑driven insights.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex financial concepts.
