Microsoft 365 Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft 365 Administrator to configure and manage multiple Microsoft 365 tenants, focusing on Project Online and Project for the Web. The role ensures secure, scalable, and high‑performance project management environments for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and maintain Microsoft 365 tenants, including Project Online and Project for the Web.
• Set up separate tenants for organizational or client‑specific needs and implement governance, compliance, and security policies.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and user experience.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide Tier 2/3 support.
• Manage user access, licensing, and permissions across Microsoft 365 services.
• Document configurations, procedures, and best practices.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Microsoft 365 Administrator or similar role.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Project Online and Project for the Web.
• Proven ability to configure and manage multiple Microsoft 365 tenants.
• Strong understanding of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Azure AD.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security and compliance features.
