Merchandising Supervisor – Retail

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a full‑time Merchandising Supervisor for its Tucson Premium Outlets store. The role is a key part of the store management team, driving sales, coaching associates and ensuring operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to drive revenue growth.
• Coach and mentor store associates, providing guidance and support.
• Manage daily store operations to maintain efficiency and high standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and a welcoming shopping environment.

Required profile

• Strong people skills with the ability to support, assist and coach team members.
• Compliance with all Levi’s store policies, procedures and programs.
• Consistently meets or exceeds individual and store sales and performance goals.
• Ability to handle heavy lifting (up to 40 lb) and frequent movement around the store.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 +.

Required skills

• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead and climb ladders.
• Reliable personal transportation for commuting.
