Merchandiser – San Diego South with $500 Sign‑On Bonus

About the role

Join Breakthru Beverage as a Merchandiser supporting the San Diego South region. You will showcase our beverage brands by building displays, managing inventory, and ensuring optimal product placement at customer locations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily merchandising in new and existing accounts, including stocking, rotating shelves, and building displays.
• Manage POS materials and execute store resets for remodels, grand openings, and seasonal changes.
• Develop strong relationships with key accounts and relay feedback to the sales team.
• Identify brand and category opportunities, expand shelf and cold‑box facings.
• Communicate out‑of‑stock or new‑item opportunities to customers.
• Increase knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits to better serve customers.
• Handle beverage alcohol products safely and interact responsibly with the public.

Required profile

• At least 21 years old; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professionalism, sound judgment, and ability to work occasional weekends.
• Physical ability to lift and carry 45‑65 lb, frequent standing, climbing ladders, and other typical merchandising activities.
