Merchandiser – Orange County South (Sign‑On Bonus)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Merchandiser to represent Breakthru Beverage’s portfolio across Orange County South. You will travel to customer locations, set up displays, manage inventory and ensure our brands are presented in the best possible way.

Key responsibilities

• Stock and rotate shelves in new and existing accounts.
• Build and maintain point‑of‑sale displays and promotional material.
• Perform store resets for remodels, grand openings or seasonal changes.
• Maintain relationships with key accounts and relay feedback to the sales team.
• Identify opportunities to increase shelf and cold‑box facings and report out‑of‑stock items.
• Handle beverage alcohol products responsibly and follow safety guidelines.

Required profile

• At least 21 years old; high‑school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong customer‑service, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional demeanor and sound judgment.
• Ability to work occasional weekends and lift 45‑65 lb.
