Seasonal Sales Stylist – Retail (San Clemente, CA)

About the role

This temporary, holiday‑season position supports the Beyond Yoga outlet in San Clemente by delivering excellent product knowledge, fostering authentic customer connections, and driving sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Show thorough understanding and vested interest in Beyond Yoga.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge to create an authentic, service‑oriented environment and connect with customers.
• Meet or exceed daily store and individual sales and performance goals.
• Maintain store appearance according to visual standards and handle housekeeping tasks.
• Perform cash handling, shipment processing, floor set, markdowns and replenishment while following store policies.
• Resolve customer concerns positively and partner with store leadership on escalated issues.
• Adopt and advocate new in‑store technologies; familiarity with Shopify is a plus.
• Collaborate with store team and Home Office to build community connections and drive brand awareness.

• Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform physical duties such as standing, walking, kneeling, etc.
• Reliable transportation and high school diploma or GED preferred.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Shopify platform (preferred).
