Membership and Outreach Coordinator

About the role

The Membership and Outreach Coordinator will help grow and retain families at Children’s Healing Centers, a recreational space for immune‑compromised children. You will work closely with the Membership Manager and volunteers to increase participation and build community partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute initiatives to recruit and retain families, achieving member visit and usage targets.
• Plan and run developmentally appropriate programs for kids and parents, adjusting for size and age.
• Lead volunteers, coordinate outreach events, and cultivate referral partnerships with businesses and community groups.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse audiences.
• Experience engaging children, adolescents, and families, and comfortable networking at community events.
• Self‑motivated, able to manage multiple priorities and remain calm during emergencies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, SharePoint) and CRM tools.
• Experience using Constant Contact for email communications.
