Medical Director, Neuro-Oncology

About the role

Servier, a Boston‑based biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a Medical Director to serve as Medical Monitor for Phase 3 registration‑enabling studies in its Neuro‑Oncology portfolio. The role will oversee late‑stage trial execution, patient safety, data quality, and regulatory interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop clinical plans and protocols in collaboration with the Global Clinical Lead and cross‑functional teams.
• Provide medical oversight for registration‑enabling studies, including safety monitoring, regulatory submissions, and site interactions.
• Lead medical review of critical data, author protocol sections, and assess serious adverse events with safety physicians.
• Engage key opinion leaders, support publications, and mentor clinical scientists.

Required profile

• M.D. with board certification in Medical Oncology or Neuro‑Oncology.
• At least 2 years of clinical trial experience in industry or academia.
• Strong communication, public speaking, and mentorship abilities.
• Proven ability to work in matrix organizations and manage complex projects.

Required skills

• Good Clinical Practice (GCP) compliance.
• Medical oversight of clinical trial safety and data.
