Medical Affairs Postdoctoral Research Fellow

About the role

The Medical Affairs Postdoctoral Research Fellow will rotate through medical information, publications, scientific communications, and field‑based medical science liaison functions, supporting CSL Seqirus’ influenza vaccine portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expert knowledge of influenza medical and scientific information for the product portfolio.
• Create and review medical communication documents such as Scientific Response Documents, FAQs, and content for meetings, advisory boards, and internal training.
• Implement streamlined processes for handling medical inquiries and ensure cross‑functional data integration.
• Assist with publications, abstracts, posters, and manage vendor relationships to comply with Good Publication Practice guidelines.
• Support the Promotional Review Committee by reviewing promotional materials for scientific accuracy and compliance.
• Provide medical input for unbranded and branded commercial programs and ensure timely support for promotional reviews.
• Identify and engage key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals to exchange scientific information and gather insights.
• Represent CSL Seqirus at scientific forums, advisory boards, congresses, and symposia.

Required profile

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an ACPE‑accredited institution.
• Eligibility for pharmacist licensure in Massachusetts.
• Excellent oral and written communication, strong time‑management and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
• Scientific knowledge in the influenza therapeutic area.
• High ethical standards and alignment with CSL’s values.
