About the role

We are seeking a responsible, attentive, and motivated Medical Administrative Assistant to support a US‑based medical clinic remotely. No prior medical experience is required, as full paid training will be provided.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist with day‑to‑day administrative tasks for the clinic.
  • Maintain and organize patient information and documentation.
  • Support the clinic team with general administrative duties.
  • Follow established procedures and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Communicate with the US‑based team during Los Angeles business hours.

Required profile

  • Fluent in Armenian and English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organized work approach.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn, follow procedures and work independently.
  • Commitment to a long‑term, full‑time position.
