Media Buyer for Meta and Google Ads

About the role

RepStack, a digital marketing partner for Fortune 500 firms and SaaS companies, is looking for a Media Buyer to plan, run and optimise paid media campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads. The position is full-time and remote, working in USA time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage paid media campaigns on Meta and Google Ads
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance to maximise ROI, adjusting strategies and bids
• Research target audiences and stay up to date with trends
• Allocate and manage advertising budgets across campaigns
• Work with the creative team on ad creatives and run A/B tests on creatives, targeting and bidding
• Use advanced audience targeting to reach specific segments
• Produce detailed performance reports with recommendations for improvement
• Keep up with industry trends and platform updates, and collaborate with internal teams and clients

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
